Lease Termination Program

The Arizona Residential Landlord & Tenant Act allows a tenant to terminate a lease agreement for non-compliance by the landlord.

  • ATA members receive assistance from the Association to specifiy the acts or omissions by the landlord constituting the breach which will allow the tenant to terminate the lease if these breaches cannot be remedied.

  • The ATA member is charged a fee of 60% of one months rent to lawfully terminate a lease agreement. For additional information please contact the Arizona Tenants Association at (602) 257-8987.
